To maintain our standard of service for professional partners, all B2B accounts at TropicalFruitParadise.com are subject to the following requirements:

1. Minimum Order Value

To access wholesale pricing, a minimum order of €200 is required per transaction.

2. Qualified Business Activity (CAEN Codes)

B2B status is reserved for businesses actively engaged in food retail or hospitality. Your Certificate of Registration (CUI) or Constitutive Act must clearly list a relevant retail or service CAEN code.

• Required Documentation: You must upload a clear copy of your Certificate of Registration (Certificat de Înregistrare) where the authorized activities are visible.
• Examples of Accepted CAEN Codes:
  4711: Retail in non-specialized stores (predominantly food, drinks, or tobacco).
  4721: Retail sale of fresh fruits and vegetables in specialized stores.
  5630: Bars, cafes, and other beverage serving activities (fruit juice bars).

3. Mandatory RO e-Factura Compliance

In accordance with Romanian fiscal law for 2026, all B2B transactions must be processed through the RO e-Factura system.

• Company Invoicing: The email address/phone number used for your B2B account will be the primary point for all official communications.
• Automatic Filing: Every order placed under this account will automatically generate a legal invoice to the registered company and be transmitted to ANAF within the mandatory 5-working-day window.
• Accuracy: Please ensure your VAT/CIF and Headquarters Address are correctly entered during registration to avoid non-compliance penalties.
