If you create a user account on the Site using your Facebook or Google account, Tropical Fruit Paradise will process the following public profile data displayed by those applications: username, email address.

If you create a user account only before finalizing an order of a product available on the Site, your email address will be requested and an account will be created automatically based on it. If you do not finalize the order, the email address and other data provided will not be stored by Tropical Fruit Paradise, and the created account will be deleted automatically.

Duration of Data Processing

As a rule, Tropical Fruit Paradise processes your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the processing purposes described above.

If you are a client, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards according to legal obligations incumbent on Tropical Fruit Paradise (e.g., financial and accounting documents must be kept for 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were created).

If you are a client and request account deletion by emailing contact@tropicalfruitparadise.com, Tropical Fruit Paradise will interpret this as your wish to unsubscribe from commercial communications about products and services offered via the Site. Therefore, after account deletion, you will no longer receive marketing emails or SMS. However, deleting the account does not automatically delete your personal data. If you wish to stop all data processing or request data deletion, you may exercise your rights detailed in section VII below. If you request account deletion while having active orders, the deletion will be processed only after the final active order is fulfilled.

If you withdraw consent for marketing data processing, Tropical Fruit Paradise will stop processing your data for marketing purposes without affecting processing based on prior consent given before withdrawal.

Disclosure of Personal Data

To fulfill processing purposes, Tropical Fruit Paradise may disclose your data to partners, third parties, or entities supporting Tropical Fruit Paradise in its activities via the Site (e.g., courier companies, IT service providers), or to public authorities, in cases including but not limited to:
