Baby Irwin carries the same lineage as our standard Irwin BIO — the Florida-bred variety behind Japan's celebrated Miyazaki mangoes — just picked at a smaller size that turns it into a genuine single-serving fruit rather than something you split with the table. Grown organically, it ripens the same reliable way: thin skin shifting from green to yellow-orange, with a deep crimson blush that actually deepens as the fruit ripens, unlike some of the varieties we sell where colour tells you nothing. Inside, the flesh is smooth, fiberless, and sweet, with the same floral, faintly citrusy notes that earned Irwin the nickname "apple mango." Its smaller size makes it easy to halve and eat straight from the skin with a spoon — a genuinely convenient way to enjoy a variety usually reserved for special occasions.
