Baby Tropigold — The Early-Season Mango, Sized for One

Baby Tropigold is the same Australian-bred, early-ripening variety as our standard Tropigold — a cross of Irwin and R2E2 specifically developed to reach the market weeks ahead of Spain's usual mango season — just picked at a smaller size. That means all the same qualities in a genuinely single-serving package: completely fiber-free flesh, an orange, peach-like colour, and a sugar content high enough to make it taste closer to a peach than a typical mango. Its smaller size makes it easy to halve and eat straight from the skin with a spoon, without the need for elaborate cutting. As with any mango, check ripeness with a gentle press near the stem rather than relying on colour alone.
