The Soleta is a prized Spanish almond variety — known for its tender skin, mildly sweet flavour, and slightly softer bite compared to harder varieties like Marcona or California.
Our Soleta almonds arrive in their fuzzy green outer hull when in season — a sign of exceptional freshness you rarely find outside of growing regions. Shelled, the nut is creamy-white with a thin skin and a clean, fresh almond flavour.
Eat fresh from the shell, blanch and use in pastry, slice over salads, or grind into almond flour and almond milk. Equally at home in savoury and sweet recipes.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We deliver tropical fruits in Romania as follows:
- We guarantee delivery within 2–4 working days for orders placed from Monday to Wednesday before 23:59.
- Orders placed on Thursday-Sunday will be processed starting on Monday, with estimated delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday.
- We do not ship orders on Fridays to avoid storing products in uncontrolled conditions over the weekend and to maintain their freshness.
