Wabi-Sabi — Named After the Japanese Art of Embracing Imperfection
Wabi-sabi is a Japanese aesthetic philosophy built around finding beauty in things that are irregular, imperfect, and unmistakably natural rather than machine-uniform — and that's exactly the idea behind this box. These cherry tomatoes aren't sorted for matching size or perfect roundness; you'll find some larger, some smaller, occasional cracks near the stem, and colour that ranges rather than matches. None of that is a flaw. A split skin on a cherry tomato is usually a sign it grew fast and ripened to full sweetness on the vine, not a defect to be sorted out. What you get in exchange for that visual variety is genuinely concentrated flavour — cherry tomatoes are sweeter and more intensely "tomato" tasting than their larger cousins to begin with, and skipping the sorting-for-looks step tends to mean less has been sacrificed for shelf appeal.

How to tell they're good
Look past shape and size — colour should be deep and even for its type, and the fruit should feel firm, not soft. Minor cracks near the stem are normal, not a sign of spoilage.

How to use Cherry Tomatoes Wabi-Sabi
Eat whole, halve for salads, or roast at high heat with olive oil until they blister — no complicated prep needed for a fruit this small.

How to store Cherry Tomatoes Wabi-Sabi
Room temperature, out of direct sun, for the best flavour. Use within 4-6 days — their thin skin makes them more delicate than larger tomatoes.
Eat them whole, straight off the vine — no cutting board needed. Their concentrated sweetness also roasts beautifully, blistering and caramelising in minutes.
Rich in vitamin C, lycopene, and antioxidants — cherry tomatoes pack a concentrated dose of these into every bite-sized fruit.
Delicioase!
