Are your fruits 100% natural and organic?

Not all our fruits are BIO certified, but all are 100% natural, freshly picked, and carefully grown.

  • Fruits labeled with the BIO logo on the site are organically certified, guaranteeing they are grown without pesticides or other chemical treatments.
  • Most of the fruits come from our own plantations, while the rest are exclusively sourced from local farmers in Andalusia who share the same values and high standards for quality and freshness.

So, no matter your choice, all our fruits are authentic, natural, and fresh, delivered directly from the source.

Why choose our fruits instead of those from the supermarket?

Our fruits are picked just one day before shipping to ensure they reach you as fresh as possible. They are not treated with chemicals to withstand transport. This way, they retain their natural taste and all their nutritional properties. It’s a simple choice for those who want fruits as close as possible to what nature offers.

What does "picked at full ripeness" mean?

For us, “picked at full ripeness” means harvesting the fruits exactly when nature has prepared them. This means we pick them from the tree when they are ripe enough to be shipped to you, but not yet ready for immediate consumption.

Tropical fruits picked at full ripeness need 3-4 days after arrival to soften and become perfect for eating. That’s why we encourage you to be patient—this way, you’ll enjoy their authentic taste just as it should be.

How does delivery work?

We deliver tropical fruits in Romania as follows:

  • We guarantee delivery within 2–4 working days for orders placed from Monday to Wednesday before 23:59.
  • Orders placed on Thursday - Sunday will be processed starting on Monday, with estimated delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • We do not ship orders on Fridays to avoid storing products in uncontrolled conditions over the weekend and to maintain their freshness.

How can I order?

It’s very simple! Choose your favorite fruits from the site, add them to your cart, fill in your delivery details, and complete your order. Delivery times may vary—you can find all the details in the answer to the question: “How does delivery work?”

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we do not have a minimum order value. You can order exactly as much as you want! Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the volume and quantity ordered, so you get the best options available.

Can I place an order if I live outside of Romania?

Currently, we do not deliver outside of Romania for now. We hope to deliver soon in other countries too, including Spain!

What should I do if the fruits arrive damaged?

If some fruits arrive damaged, please send us a message using the form on the Complaints page, including a photo of the package. We take full responsibility for the quality of our fruits and will resolve the issue quickly: either we will refund you for the affected products or offer you a discount coupon for your next order.
