Accessing, visiting, using, or purchasing products/services/packages presented on tropicalfruitparadise.com implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Tropical Fruit Paradise reserves the right to refuse collaboration with clients who display inappropriate behavior or language (aggressive, offensive, etc.) or who have outstanding debts in their collaboration history.
Tropical Fruit Paradise reserves the right not to fulfill deliveries of products or services whose prices are incorrect and do not fit within the company's pricing grid. In such cases, the client will be contacted and given the option to confirm the order at the correct price or to reject it.
Tropical Fruit Paradise reserves the right to make modifications and updates to these terms and conditions, as well as the offers, without prior notice or stating reasons; likewise, Tropical Fruit Paradise reserves the right to correct any omissions or errors in display resulting from typographical mistakes or inaccuracies without prior notification. Such errors do not oblige Tropical Fruit Paradise to any action.

PRODUCT QUALITY
We guarantee that delivered products are fresh and comply with our quality standards.
If a product arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, the client is entitled to a replacement or a refund.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Damaged products (e.g. spoiled fruit): If any product is received in a damaged condition, the client must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and provide photographic evidence. Depending on the client’s preference, we will offer:
- sending a replacement product at no additional cost, or
- refund of the affected product’s value (via the original payment method or as store credit valid for 6 months).
Incorrect product delivered: The incorrectly delivered product remains with the client. If stock allows, the correct product will be shipped additionally, at no extra cost. If stock is unavailable, the amount paid for that product (including shipping costs) will be refunded via the original payment method or as store credit valid for 6 months.
Missing product from the order: If stock allows, the missing product will be shipped separately at no extra cost. If stock is unavailable, the amount paid (including shipping costs) will be refunded via the original payment method or as store credit valid for 6 months.
Parcel lost by courier: The client may choose between a full refund of the order (via the original payment method or as store credit valid for 6 months) or reshipment of the products at no additional cost, if stock allows.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled, regardless of the day or time they were submitted.
This rule ensures both the freshness of the fruit and the efficient organization of deliveries.
Clients are kindly asked to carefully review their selected products and delivery information before confirming the order.
POLICY ON ADMINISTRATIVE ERRORS
In the event that, due to an administrative error, a product has been listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to inform the customer and cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped, with a full refund of the amount paid.
If the order contains multiple products and only one has an incorrect price, we will refund the cost of the affected product along with the corresponding shipping fee.
DELIVERIES
Tropical Fruit Paradise ensures delivery of fresh tropical fruits directly to the client's address, according to the details provided at the time of order.
Orders are carefully packed to preserve product quality during transport.
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 14:00 are delivered within 2–4 working days.
Orders placed after Thursday 14:00, as well as on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, are processed starting the following Monday, with delivery estimated on Tuesday or Wednesday.
We do not ship on Fridays, in order to maintain product freshness and avoid weekend storage in uncontrolled conditions.
At present, deliveries are made exclusively within Romania.
Please carefully review your order before this deadline. Understanding and respecting this schedule helps us deliver quality, fresh products in optimal condition.
REFUSAL OR RETURN OF THE PARCEL
If the customer refuses to receive the parcel upon delivery, the store does not assume responsibility for the deterioration of perishable products, and their value will not be refunded.
If the parcel shows external signs of damage, the customer must accept it and check the contents. Should any products be damaged, their value will be refunded only based on evidence (photos), in accordance with the chapter "Return and exchange policy".
Returning the parcel by the customer, for any reason, is done entirely at the customer’s own risk and expense. Returned products are not eligible for a refund, as repeated transport may compromise the freshness of the fruit.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Tropical Fruit Paradise is not responsible for product damage caused by:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the client;
- Refusal to accept the parcel or delay in collecting it by the client.
ABUSE AND FRAUD
Tropical Fruit Paradise reserves the right to suspend or restrict platform access (including by blocking IP addresses, client accounts, email addresses, or any other identification methods) if we detect activities that violate our policies or indicate abusive or fraudulent use of commercial benefits (e.g., unauthorized use of discount codes or repeated creation of fake accounts).
These measures may be taken without prior notice when reasonable suspicion of fraud or deception exists, to protect system integrity, other clients’ rights, and Tropical Fruit Paradise’s commercial activities.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes can be resolved amicably or through competent courts or mediators. The European Commission has implemented an online dispute resolution platform available here.
NOTIFICATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
Tropical Fruit Paradise reserves the right to send notifications about services offered as well as announcements from third parties when these may benefit users.
FINAL PROVISIONS
All users of this site are subject to these terms and conditions, so accessing it implies acceptance and compliance with the Terms and Conditions provided in this document. The purpose of data collection is to provide services according to the current offer.
Any person has the right to object, free of charge and without justification, to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
